brazilian jiu-jitsu
This is the core of what we do. Traditional jiu-jitsu taught in the gi, focused on leverage, technique, and submitting your training partners without being a jerk about it.
Youth bjj
Confidence, discipline, and coordination, disguised as rolling around and having the best time ever. Kids learn real skills in a supportive, structured, slightly chaotic environment.
No-Gi BJJ
Same techniques, no pajamas. Faster pace, more sweat, fewer grips, and a great way to test your timing, control, and cool rash guard collection.
WRESTLING
